The LT Awards are a highly coveted benchmark for the industry. Our shortlisting in this category speaks volumes for the excellence, drive, passion and commitment of our entire team.

“We pride ourselves in going above and beyond for all our customers in order to ensure that our technologies are constantly raising the bar for ROI, while producing the most engaging learning experience and always pushing the boundaries of our industry.” Dan Sivak, Owner and MD of CDSM

Great Achievement

It’s clear that inclusion on the shortlist is a significant achievement in itself.

"The biggest and most hard-fought shortlist has been unveiled. Outstanding projects and products from over 15 different countries are among those who made the 2016 shortlist.” Learning Technologies Awards

CDSM would like to congratulate the other companies in joining us on the shortlist. Our sector continues to demonstrate limitless innovation and hard work.

The sheer range of industries present on the shortlist shows how embedded good learning technology has become in workplaces across the country. Learning and Development managers recognise both the financial and performance benefits gained from using learning technology as a part of their overall learning and development strategies.

The past year has seen increasing success for us in both the private and public sectors. With Welsh Government, we’ve supplied an effective national learning platform (Hwb) which empowers an impressive 450,000 teachers and learners across 1,400 schools in Wales.

Through our work with Boots, Mitsubishi, Honda and BMW, we’ve also cemented our position as a dynamic supplier of bespoke e-learning solutions to the automotive and pharmaceutical sectors, transforming how organisations develop and deliver e-Learning, with fantastic results.

"CDSM offer so much more than what you might expect from a conventional e-learning supplier. Their advice and expertise creates more of a feeling of a learning consultancy. You have the feeling when working with CDSM that regardless of which department, you are dealing with real specialists and experts." Ben Marshall - Training Team Leader - BMW Group UK

In the previous 12 months we’ve honed our project and account management processes, combined these with our exceptional customer support, to create a protocol that produces a first-class customer journey from pre-purchase right through to production.

CDSM will be at the World of Learning show at the NEC in October. Come and visit us at Stand C40 to discover why the world’s most innovative brands are turning to CDSM to devise their learning and development.
