WC3's WCAG provide a coherent agenda for assistive technologies and browser technologies to find common ground, a framework that promotes interoperation and technological access. The learning technology sector has so many more questions and challenges that need resolution. The scope of learning difficulties, MLDs, SLDs and prevailing learning technology practice represent a body of work that CDSM aims to develop practical and useful responses to. CDSM is committed to improving learning experiences to all via the use of web technologies.
