Creating Content
All users have access to the Project Files.
- From the Project List page, click on 'Project Files' and you will go to the project files for the selected project
The Project Files screen is the central repository for the files and folders that have been created for a project.
This page is broken up into 2 panes:
The task bar (left hand pane)
Here you will find context sensitive task options.
When you first enter the Project Files page, the left hand task pane contains options to 'Add a Folder', 'Create a Page', 'Create Page Set' and 'Add Asset' as illustrated above.
Note: A page set is a group of pages that you've selected in preparation for exporting as a Learning Object.
Note: Viewers can only preview pages and as such will see no options in the left hand task pane. Only the preview options descried below apply to this type of user.
When you have created a page/folder/asset/page set, you will notice that they appear with radio buttons to the left of each of them. If you click on the radio button to the left of a file, folder, asset or page set, the task pane options change to reflect the options available to you.
Click on the radio button to the left of a file and the options that appear relevant to a page are as follows:
- Add Page
- Edit Page
- Delete Page
- Preview Page
Click on the radio button to the left of a folder and the options that appear are as follows:
- Add Folder
- Open Folder
- Edit Folder
- Delete Folder
Click on the radio button to the left of an asset and the options that appear are as follows:
- Add Asset
- Edit Asset
- Delete Asset
- Preview Asset
Click on the radio button to the left of a page set and the options that appear are as follows:
- Add Page Set
- Edit Page Set
- Delete Page Set
- Preview Page Set
Use these options to add new pages, folders, assets and page sets or edit/delete/preview existing ones.
Note: Publishers, project administrators and system administrators will also see an option to 'Package Page Set' which allows them to package and export a completed Learning Object. A Learning Object is a self-contained unit of learning.

Use the radio buttons as indicated above to show context sensitive task options.
Alternatively:- Select a page to open it and edit it.
- Select a folder to open it.
- Select an asset to edit it.
- Select a page set to edit it.
The process for adding and editing an asset and folder are very straightforward. Simply use the options described above to add/edit a folder or asset. For details of how to add a page and associated content and a page set with pages see 'Adding Pages' and 'Adding Page Sets'.
