Deleting Old Attempts at a Learning Object

Some versions of the courseware save your progress. This information is saved in 'cookies'. You can delete your cookies at any time and start the courseware afresh. To do this, select the 'Clear Cookies' link from the 'Options' menu.

When you click on the 'Clear Cookies' link, a pop-up box will appear in the courseware. It will ask you if you want to clear your cookies. You will be presented with 2 options: 'Yes' and 'No'.

If you choose 'Yes', your cookies will be cleared. Information relating to your progress through the courseware will be deleted. The current Learning Object you are viewing will be reset and you will be returned to its introduction screen. Your text size and colour scheme preferences will also be reset.

If you choose 'No' you will return to the courseware and the information relating to your progress will still be saved.
