The Safe and Secure Online Community Portal. Over the past 4 years we have worked with our partners to deliver an accessible community portal. CDSM's specialist accessibility knowledge and experience is second to none.

People & Places provides a secure online environment for members to interact with one another as well as professionals and family members. Any community can use to site, but it has been specifically built for users with learning disabilities and their circle of support. The portal enables its members to have ownership, identity and belonging in a safe, intuitive environment.

People & Places is so much more than a social networking site, it provides a place for people to record and plan their lives. Members are able to make choices on the services they receive in the areas they live, feedback on what is good and what isn't. We have thousands of people already using the site to plan and enhance their lives
