The West Glamorgan Housing Consortium (WGHC) is a non-profit making organisation which provides support for adults with learning disabilities working in partnership with Social Services and Health Agencies. They service the Swansea, Neath and Port Talbot areas and provide services which range from psychological support, safe transport and housing management.
WGHC have been the driver and participant in the development of CDSM's "People and Places" online community solution.
