The North Tyneside Learning Partnership has produced an excellent learning portal for teachers and learners in the North Tyneside area, the North Tyneside Learning Portal. Both City Learning Centres in North Tyneside have been instrumental in the development of the portal. Jonathan Chicken, Roger Nielsen and Ian Cooper are responsible for the constant development and improvement of the portal as a service. Thousands of learners are now enrolled and using the portal to aid there learning and development.
North Tyneside CLCs are partners in the development of Pedagogue, CDSM's eLearning content development tool. Pedagogue provides any organisation with a flexible learning content development tool that outputs SCORM-conformant learning objects with interactive learning and assessment activities.
