North Tyneside Learning Portal v3 goes live!

The highly successful North Tyneside Learning Platform has recently been upgraded with a host of components from My Learning Space to align it to BECTA requirements.

Seeing the value in their existing platform with over 60,000 logins per month and a thriving online community in the schools in North Tyneside, CDSM presented a solution to extend the platform and future-proof it into 2010 and beyond.

Using selected components from the My Learning Space suite to promote resource sharing and integration with the Capita SIMS MIS solution, CDSM demonstrated the interoperability of My Learning Space and forged a technical partnership with the North Tyneside team.

The new v3 platform is being rolled out through the North Tyneside local authority using the successful formula developed by the dedicated North Tyneside team who will be present on the CDSM stand at the BETT exhibition in January to share their experience.
